Another commercial project completed this week by the Fastfix team for the wonderful charity Grimm & Co in Rotherham.
We were asked to transform an unused room into a welcoming mother and baby room, and the results look fantastic.
This space has had a full refurbishment, including:
• New flooring
• Ceiling installation
• Timber wall panels
. Fully decorated
• Restoration of the original door
• Custom-built window frame and glass
• Bespoke radiator cover – both designed and built in our workshop.
It was a real privilege to work with such an amazing charity and help create a comfortable space for families.
Grimm & Co also has a café that’s open to the general public, so it’s well worth a visit if you're in Rotherham.

Grimm & Co is a registered charity and our core purpose is to change lives one story at a time. We support under-resourced children and young people aged 0 to 18 with their confidence and skills around creativity and writing. We know that strong writing skills and an ability to imagine beyond what we experience are fundamental to future success. We also believe it is important for young people to see a real reason to write so there is always an outcome from the activities we do.
